to the Crossroads of America Scout Band 2002 Nova Scotia Tour Day 2 |

| In Boston we again visited the USS Constitution, she's looking great as ever. Security was also very tight too. |

| I couldn't leave the USS Constitution with out making sure Lewis had counted his balls again! |

| Jonathan?
Not sure, but this may a have been Jonathan, he was up there making sure we got on the Ferry OK. |

| What can you say about the Nova Scotia International Tattoo but WOW. This was probably the most moving tribute to the military and to the events of 911 that I have ever seen. I will always treasure my experience here as I'm sure all of our members will. |

| This lone piper represents all the best of all
the musicians and performers we saw, PERFECT! We thank the Nova Scotia
International Tattoo for a job well done!
Ok, this is a dual day update, I did them together because I was pretty tired. We've been a busy band haven't we? Well, we're in Halifax Nova Scotia now and will be for a couple of days. Happenings: On the Ferry, it's really interesting and everybody had fun, EXCEPT for Pat Murphy who got his head stuck in his bed on the Ferry, Dana FINALLY freed him. The Ferry was pretty smooth sailing, but there were some times when it moved a little much. Not bad, but it was fun taking a shower while being bounced from one side to the other :) During our travels we took a little break at one of the local gas stations, there was NO men's room and all the men were instructed to go out back and check out the local fauna (it was all beautiful, thistle and heather) Tomorrow: Peggy's Cove and the Citadel! I'm trying to type over the TARTAN of the Day,
hope this way works, I'll try and fix the other pages soon. By the
WAY, each of the tartans used is the tartan of the family names of a band
member! Can you tell which is which?

That's it for now, come back soon!
