Welcome

2002 Nova Scotia Tour
Days 5

Today we went to Peggy's Cove Nova Scotia, the view was great, but the warning was dire!

Here's the Famous Peggy's Cove Lighthouse, this area was really beautiful and relaxing.

I had a very nice conversation with this Fiddler, he's from Winnipeg and comes out to Nova Scotia to learn more music.  I'd say that he's pretty good, I even picked up one of his CDs.

Here's the gang at the Peggy's Cove Lighthouse

Our interpreter did a fantastic job of informing us all about the Halifax Citadel.  Here we are standing in the pit where enemy soldiers were supposed to fall and get trapped and naturally killed of by soldiers using those gun slits in the walls.

I think Jeanie has found a new friend!  While we were at the Citadel, we were treated to a fantastic pipe and drum concert.  These guys looked and sounded great!

Ah, a boy and his buoy?  This was at the Maritime Museum of the Atlantic.

We were supposed to be playing a concert at Camp Lone Cloud, but instead the guys decided to join the Royal Canadian Navy! :)

Here are our wonderful hosts at Camp Lone Cloud, they provided a really great dinner for us.
Here's Olivia Hasler and James Robertson

We always have a great time at the Scout Camp concerts, and we've always found one or two scouts at the camp to help us out.  Andre "Tabique" Amiro helped us out on the alto sax.

And the crowd goes wild!  We just love these Camp Concerts and naturally Howard has us playing the Thunderer!

That's it for now, come back soon!
